Her Art and Photography

Diane's unique and memorable art lights up a room. Her masks, comprised of thousands of hand sewn beads measure 22x26". Her mask series, visions of friends and celebrities including Marilyn Monroe, Margaret Atwood are popular and highly collectable, as are her handsewn wall hangings. Her hangings were designed and created to illustrate her three children's books. Created with beads, buttons, and other recyclables, these brightly colored banners range in size 22x22" to 44x44".
 
Diane photographs her work for her books. She also does social and historical photojournalism as well as art photography.
